We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, we make no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability or quality of any content obtained through Computer Analysts and Recovery Experts Pte. Ltd.'s websites and/or online services or any defects therein will be corrected and that such content and access to them are error free and uninterrupted or available at all times.

Terms of Warranty

1. All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.
Prices
2. All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions.
Payment Processing
3. We only accept Corporate cheque payments and Bank Wire Payments.
4. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Cancellation of Orders
5. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
6. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
7. We will send an invoice to the customer within 48 hours upon successful submission and confirmation of on order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange & Refunds
8. All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

You agree that:
(i) all content transmitted or made available via Computer Analysts and Recovery Experts Pte. Ltd.'s websites and/or online services, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated;
(ii) Computer Analysts and Recovery Experts Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable in any way for any third party content, products or services which you may access, use or acquire via Computer Analysts and Recovery Experts Pte. Ltd.'s websites and/or online services;

and Computer Analysts and Recovery Experts Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable to you or any third party under any of paragraphs (i) to (vii) above.
